Deep pleat HEPA filter without aluminum separator
Usually, Deep pleated HEPA filters refer to HEPA filter box with aluminum foil separators. And the classical size is 610*610*292mm. See attached.
Well, you may hear that the depth is so deep that we cannot use mini pleat type with hotmelt glue. It`s right. However, there are some special machines which can pleat “deep” depth.
So now you may find deep pleat HEPA filters without aluminum separator. See attached.
Without separator, we can put more filter media pleats than before. Thus, we can get longer bigger filter media area, lower pressure drop and longer lifespan.
